Temporary Reception Position (3+ months)
STS Construction Services is looking for a Temporary Receptionist to join our team in our Seattle office. The Receptionist will greet visitors and clients, answer phones, and assist the office manager with miscellaneous tasks. This position will be a 3+ month term.
The ideal candidate will deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all visitors. This person has excellent communication and customer service skills. He/she has a basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures/systems and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Responsibilities:
- Guest services – Welcome guests, employees, and clients who arrive at the office and clarify the purpose of their visit and who they want to see. Answer all phone calls and provide inter-office messages as requested.
- Administration – Send out and receive mail, documents, supplies and packages. Maintain office supplies and reorder as needed. Assist the office manager with miscellaneous tasks.
Requirements:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable, professional, courteous and patient
- Excellent communication and writing skills
What We Offer:
- Pay Rate: $22-25+ DOE
Location: West Seattle, Washington
Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Start Time: 8:00am
- End Time: 5:00pm
