What Does A Carpenters Day Look Like?

• General Carpentry - Safety rails, temporary stairs and ramps, etc. 
• Assisting subcontractors with carpentry as needed
• Assisting the Assistant Superintendent with site coordination
• Pickup Framing
• Finish Carpentry

As a carpenter you will be working with the Assistant Superintendent on carpentry and site coordination on Multi-Family projects.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• +3 years of experience in carpentry
• Must own your own hand tools
• Must know how to read plans and structural specifications
• Must be comfortable operating forklifts and other machinery - training and certification will be provided if necessary
• Must be comfortable working in the street flagging - training and certification will be provided if necessary
• Valid driver's license
• Dependable transportation
• Concrete experience is a plus
• Grading/Laser experience is a plus
• Street use or flagging experience is a plus

Job Site Locations: North-South Seattle, WA

Schedule: Monday-Friday 

• Start Time: 6:00am-9:00am depending on project
• End Time: 3:00pm- 6:00pm depending on project
